Strategic Goal Committee 3 - Enhancing Consortium-Wide Collaborations

Strategic Goal 3 is focused on enhancing collaborations across the consortium. Specific activities can be classified into these categories:

• finding the right people (finding expertise)
• finding the right resources (finding shareable, productive methodologies)
• finding the best institutional approaches to clinical and translational research
• finding networks of investigators for effective collaborative research

In 2011, the Strategic Goal Committee 3 consolidated their work into developing Research Networking Recommendations to aid the CTSA Consortium in establishing more collaboration.  These recommendations were presented and accepted by the CTSA Consortium Executive and Steering Committee.
