Administration Key Function Committee

The Administration KFC (AKFC) is composed of the lead administrator from each CTSA institution. Administrators provide administrative direction for program execution. The committee serves as a forum for sharing programmatic best practices and methods; facilitates discussions related to grants management, institutional collaborations, and program management; and undertakes special projects on behalf of the Consortium leadership.
